Menu, prices and hours
We keep the menu, prices and hours on this site up to date, but they can change without notice. The price on your invoice is the price you pay.
Catering orders
An order placed on the site is a request. It is confirmed when you receive an invoice from us through Square, and the invoice shows the final total including tax. Payment is handled by Square under Square’s terms. To change or cancel an order, use the link in your confirmation or call us at 510-263-9290.
SMS terms
Program. Spinning Bones Order Alerts sends text messages to restaurant staff when a catering order is placed or paid on spinningbones.com. It is for our staff only: customers and the public are never enrolled, and no marketing is sent.
Opt-in. Staff opt in by entering their own mobile number in the restaurant’s internal dashboard and ticking a box that agrees to receive the alerts.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with orders, up to 20 messages a month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also turn alerts off in the dashboard.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled as described in our privacy policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Using the site
Don’t misuse the site, send spam through its forms, or try to break it. Photos, text and logos on the site belong to Spinning Bones and may not be reused without permission.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or from it being unavailable.
